Once you open the LOOP APP, look for the nearest scooter on the map. You can book it or simply when reached, read with your mobile phone’s camera the QR code to activate it. Climb the platform with one foot and give a slight push with the other, pressing the accelerator lever near the right knob.
Once the ride is over, press “End of Ride” and take a picture of the parked scooter.

Sure!
When you have decided to stop for a few minutes to greet a friend or shop, you can press the “Pause” button on the Loop app and the rate will be reduced to € 0.05/minute, not allowing other users to use your Loop!

Loop rental costs € 1 per unlock + € 0.15 per minute of use.
In case you want to keep your Loop in “Pause” mode it will cost € 0.05 per minute.

The recommendation is to try to park scooters near special spaces dedicated to bicycles and mopeds. The fundamental thing, based on our civic common sense, is not to get in the way of pedestrians, cars or entrance doors of houses. You must respect private property without placing LOOP inside buildings or condominium parking lots.

Each city has pre-established boundaries, bordered by a green coloring.
LOOP cannot leave this perimeter because it would stop working.
Please be careful not to get out of these limits, as sanctions may apply for the recovery of the scooter.

To report any damage suffered by LOOP and/or to notify us of incorrect parking or other anomalies you can enter the Menu – Support and send us an email or call us.

In case you have booked Loop check that the scooter number is correct.
If necessary, close the reservation and manually select the “Scan and unlock” button.
Frame the QR Code with your camera and wait a few seconds.
If the GPS signal is weak it may take a few more moments… bring patience and by the time you see the Loop display turn on it will be ready to go. Have a good run!!
